We are thrilled to welcome, Kelli B. Marshall as School Leader of GEO Next Generation High School Indianapolis.

Kelli B. Marshall, a Hoosier native and school leader of GEO Next Generation High School Indianapolis, has always had a passion for education. After graduating from Indiana University, Bloomington, Marshall considered moving away from Indiana, but quickly saw the need for quality educators in her own hometown. In 2004 she received her MS/ Education Administration from Butler University (Experiential Program for Preparing School Principals, EPPSP – Cohort #22). Her first sixteen years, which now exceed 25, were devoted to the Indianapolis Public Schools. She entered the charter sector in 2008 as the building principal of Indianapolis Lighthouse Charter School. There, she compiled a team of educators who transformed the school from a failing status to that which was awarded an “A” status by the state prior to her departure. In 2011, she entered the Tindley Accelerated Schools network and served as the principal of Tindley Collegiate Academy, one of Indiana’s top performing charter schools for four consecutive years. In 2016, Marshall accepted the position of CEO/superintendent of the Tindley network and successfully lead the district, maintaining a legacy of academic success before transferring to the Indy team of Instruction Partners, where she served as the team’s Director of Instructional Support.
